A renovation and a second storey addition to an existing weatherboard Californian Bungalow in a Heritage Overlay estate was undertaken to produce a new and contemporary family home in Melbourne’s Bayside area.
The project included a total rebuild and extension, keeping the existing facade and creating a modern and contemporary home complete with four bedrooms, a home office, three living areas, a wine storage area, new kitchen with Butler’s pantry, Mudroom, laundry with drying cupboard, built in cabinetry throughout and a fully tiled pool and garage.
