This build was a complete renovation to an existing dwelling in Bayside Melbourne to help create a more contemporary, bright and spacious home for its occupants. It included an open plan kitchen, dining and living areas, bathroom and European laundry plus 1-2 bedrooms downstairs.

The upstairs floor plan included a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, living room and open yoga space with a full length balcony across the front of the house. Features of this house included a barn style door, built in cabinetry throughout and curved walls.
